Taga ga Tame ni (誰がために For Whose Sake) is the opening theme of the 1979 anime. Due to its popularity with fans, it is the song most associated with Cyborg 009.
The song was featured as part of the 009 Re:Cyborg soundtrack which consisted of two versions. One was a remix cover by Chiaki Ishikawa and the other was the original sung by Ken Narita
