Kazuko Sugiyama is a Japanese voice actress who works for Aoni productions. Her voice work involves portraying cute or mature characters. Her most notable roles are being the voice of Jun the Swan from Gatchaman and Akane Kimidori from the Dr. Slump franchise. Other roles include Celebi from the fourth Pokemon movie, the elderly version of Dante from Fullmetal Alchemist and Queen Desparaia, the main villain of Yes! Pretty Cure 5.[1][2] She was also the voice of Cyborg 003 for the 1979 Cyborg 009 anime, the 1980 feature film and the Sega Mega CD game.
